Dear EMGS Officer, I would like to ask for clarification.

My institute has not clearly confirmed whether they will issue an Explanation Letter.

If they do not provide the Explanation Letter, may I submit my Bangladesh Secondary School Certificate (SSC) and Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC), along with their transcripts, instead? Please let me know if these documents will be acceptable.
