Dear EMGS Officer,

I sincerely need your help regarding my application.

I have already submitted all the documents that I could obtain from my institute. However, my institute is not providing the Explanation Letter that you requested. Instead, they only issued a Release Letter, which has caused my application to remain pending.

I have been waiting for a long time, and I do not want to lose another academic intake. I have already faced significant delays, while my classmates have already enrolled and started their studies.
I have repeatedly requested my institute to cooperate, but unfortunately, I have not received the support I need.

If possible, could EMGS kindly communicate with my institute or advise them on the required document? I would also appreciate any guidance on what I can do to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

I would be very grateful for your understanding and assistance.

  Kindly be informed that we require the institute or student to submit a copy of the Official Academic Transcript(s) and Certificate(s) by the awarding institution. If the official documents are yet to be issue, the institution is require to provide an explanation letter for further verification. Kindly refer to the institution for further assistance regarding this matter.

    Dear EMGS Officer,
    
    I would like to ask for clarification.
    
    My institute has not clearly confirmed whether they will issue an Explanation Letter.
    
    If they do not provide the Explanation Letter, may I submit my Bangladesh Secondary School Certificate (SSC) and Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC), along with their transcripts, instead?
    
    Please let me know if these documents will be acceptable.
