Dear EMGS Officer,

I hope you are doing well.

I am writing to request your assistance regarding my pending application.

My institution, Newton International College, has informed me that I will receive my certificate next year. I have already submitted my result slip and a confirmation letter through my institution. However, EMGS is requesting an additional supporting document.

I requested my college to issue a letter confirming that my certificate will be awarded next year, but they have declined my request and are no longer able to assist me.

I would be grateful if you could kindly advise me whether my application can be processed with the documents already submitted or let me know if there is any alternative document that I can provide.

Thank you very much for your time and understanding. I look forward to your guidance.

  Kindly be informed that we require your official academic transcript and Certificate in order for us to resume the process. Kindly note, if offical academic certificate and transcript will be issue next year, the institution may submit an explanation letter for further review. Kindly refer to the institution for further checking on this matter.
