I have been applied val amendment application.Immigration Department holds my application for the reason that my old passport personal Id & new passport personal id isn”t same.
I have been explained to my institution that 1st personal number is my birth certificate number when I never get of my NID(IC) & 2nd personal number is my NID(IC).

I submitted the documents on 30\01 and it still stuck in 15% for more then 20 days, my class has started on 25/02 and i don’t know what to do !

I will join in september intake. My application status is 35% so I cant join this semester. Does UKM make a new offer letter if I defer one semester? My passport number will change for renewal purpose. Immigration wants extened validity of my passport. How many days UKM takes to provide a new offer letter for the deferment of the semester? Actually you don’t need to worry about your deferment. Cz UKM will handle your situation… highly take 1 week for a new offer letter.. Most Important is your VAL…
