    Hello EMGS Officer @farisha @tinashem ,
    I applied eval for 3 years duration and immigration but only approved for 12 months. How can I get my refund? or how will you reimburse the amount?

    Hello @farisha , I have completed my pre-entry check list. Can you please guide me which docs and how many copies of each I need to bring for immigration?

      Hi Mohammad Farhan,

      Before entering the country, kindly ensure to prepared the original passport, your Visa Approval Letter (VAL) and a Single-Entry Visa (SEV) if you are from SEV required country.

    @farisha Respected EMGS officer, My passport number is ######## and my EMGS renewal issuance is stuck at 45% an my visa is expiring in 3 days.Please help
