I have the same problem.

To go to 15% to 30%, for me it took 6 days including holidays and from 30% to 35% took me 1 day but for for some students it takes 1 – 2 days. From 35% to 70% took me 10 days including holidays.

It depends on that some students got their VAL within 7 days.

Please be informed that the processing of a VAL application takes approximately 14 working days from the date we receive the complete application documents and payment. However the approval to issue the VAL is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.
