Hello guys, I have a problem. I have entered my VAL with my vaccination certificate yesterday. Then now I want to entered my flight info but my account is logged out automatically, when I logged in again, I should proceed verification in profile menu but it doesn’t work when I have entered my data (record not found). We will advise you to uninstall the EMGS app from your phone. Alternatively, clear the application cache on your phone. You can do this through the application settings in your phone’s application manager. I think it depends on ur location, to me in KL Digi its just fine bcz if u r frequent traveller u can buy validity so ur line will nver b blocked coupled with their internt is good, bt @ the end it depends on ur location and ur needs.
