I officially submitted my refund request on 15th April 2026. As of today, it has been more than two months, and I have yet to receive either the funds or a formal update regarding the processing status.
Given the substantial amount of time that has passed, I kindly request that you look into this matter immediately and inform me of the current status of my refund and the expected date of disbursement.
