Kindly note that there is no stipulated timeframe for VAL extension processing. The approval is solely at the discretion of Immigration Department

Please note that the Immigration Department will resume processing VAL. However, the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.

The percentage indicates that your application was submitted to the Immigration Department for their approval. However, at present, the Immigration Department is not issuing VALs to international students outside Malaysia. The percentage indicates that your application was submitted to the Immigration Department for their approval. However, the Immigration Department is closed due to the movement control order (MCO). Yes, I applied for SEV with my last eval which I got on 2019 when I started my bachelor’s. But now the agent is saying that the embassy is asking for the updated VAL.
