Hi, you should ask your agent. It says that the offer letter submitted to immigration have another course name and you applied for some other course.

either it needs to submit a new offer letter or an amendment letter with correct subject name or program.

You don’t need to pay any more emgs fees or more money, it will be solved. Just ask your agent to do follow up with your institute. Or please send me your details i can help you to connect with your institute.
