Dear emgs,
I have completed My Diploma, bachelor and currently completing my masters in Malaysia. I have noticed significant change in emgs’s file proses system. When I applied for masters my subject name was wrong. As a result my application was rejected. When applied for refund at emgs given time line, it was overlooked by emgs and burned after time ended. My younger brother applied for Malaysia as well, since his documents had a spelling mistake, emgs also burned the fee after end of given time. As a result i sent him south korea as the system was more secure about payments for international national students. I hope the authority spotlight this blind spots. FYI Emgs fee is RM2000++
