you can google emgs travel authorization form there you can find all the necessary details to travel to Malaysia if you have valid student pass

By any chance do you know how long will the processing time be to approve and get the letter. Cause in the form they ask me to upload my flight tickets, so I wanted to know how this is going to work.

Please be informed that all international students that intend to enter Malaysia must submit their application to EMGS through the Travel Authorisation form available on the EMGS website: https://visa.educationmalaysia.gov.my/student-visa/travel-authorisation-form-base.html

Theres no update on the EMGS website regarding the RM 4700.
