Hello
My insurance crad expert From January I submitted all documents for University until now still not renewing please can check what’s wrong.

  We have received the ikad renewal application from your Institution to renew the ikad and insurance. However, the application is pending for the additional documents to process the application from the Institution. We advise that you refer to the institute directly for further details.
