If the application has been rejected, you are required to send an email to enquiry(at)emgs.com.my requesting for the refund. Please provide your full name and passport number in the email to enable an EMGS Officer to assist you further.

Hi Muhammad Fiqih,
If your institution has requested you to ask for a refund, we advise that you contact the institution and request that they reject the application. Once the application has been rejected, you are required to drop an email to enquiry(at)emgs.com.my requesting to refund the application fee.

Thank you..my institution even not yet approve my application. They suggest me to reapply if the condition possible. So, they asked me to make refund.
