Dear emgs

My name is LU XINYUE,My passport number is EB9366970.
I have fever now. I want to use my eftb insurance,so i find my insurance card number on emgs app.
But it say my student details have been already verifie on another device.
I want to know how to solve my problem.
Please reply to my email as soon as possible

  Kindly be informed that you are required to request EMGS to reset the digital ID. Kindly send us email at enquiry(at)emgs.com.my and provide us your passport number and nationality. This will enable us to assist you accordingly.
