Hi Eziz,
Your student pass endorsement is being done at the state Immigration Department. This means that the passport was not submitted to EMGS. As such, we advise you to check with your institution directly, regarding the status of your application.

Upon checking, your institution will liaise directly with the State Immigration to obtain your student pass. Your passport will not be submitted to EMGS. As such, we recommend that you refer to your institution for further assistance on the status of your passport.
