Fully vaccinated travelers still need to quarantine.

However there are some rumors about Malaysia reopening its borders by 1st of March, which means no need to quarantine after that. It’s not confirmed yet, so you have to wait and see.

For i guess it’s 3 months from date of issue. You can even check at bottom of your travel authorization letter.

Thanks for responding. In my letter its mentioned as 6 months. I wanted to be sure that eval validity is still 6 months after eval being extended for new students.
