Hi,

Please be informed that we received your passport on the 13th of October 2026 for the Student Pass endorsement process. The endorsement process takes approximately 14 working days. However, the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department. We will notify your institution once the passport is ready for collection.

With regards to any urgency, kindly be advised to liaise with the institution to provide us with the following documents:

i) A copy of the cover letter to expedite the process
ii) The supporting documents pertaining to the urgency
iii) A valid copy of the flight ticket

Once we receive the completed document, we will highlight your application to the relevant department to expedite the process. However, the student pass approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department of Malaysia.
