Dear officers，My name is Liaozegao,a Segi student, and my passport number is EJ4014009.I am so sorry to bother you.But my emgs process stayed 32% ten workdays ago.I hope you can increase my emgs process quickly as possible!This is Urgent to me, I have delayed two weeks to my department lectures! I need to enter Malaysia emergency, please help me!!!

  Please be informed that your documents are ready for submission to the Immigration Department for VAL approval. Be informed that the VAL approval process takes 7 – 10 working days. However, the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.
  
  Rest assured, we will notify the student and Institution on the application progress via the EMGS system accordingly.
