    Hi. I’m AN EUNJIN
    My starting month of semester is October.
    I’m struggling with emgs process.
    My status is pending now.
    I need to complete topup-payment.
    But I don’t have any information about topup payment. I mailed a lot. But I couldn’t receive any correct reply. I’m really frustrated now.
    They just told me that I can find my emgs account. But where? I can’t find anything.
    I’m really sorry that I made mistake
    I really wanna complete a payment as soon as possible. Please let me know about specific information of topup payment.
