Dear EMGS,
I already submitted my passport for renewal but because of MCO all of it is suspended. But next semester (august), I will have my internship. So, incase I have not get my passport back and the renewal have not finished yet, is it legal for me to have internship in Malaysia?

  Kindly note that you are required to check with your institution or the companies you apply to for details on the requirements for internship applications.
  
  Kindly note that the current movement control order (MCO) is until the 12th of May. The Immigration Department will process your Student Pass endorsement once the MCO has been lifted. The approval to issue the Student Pass is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.
