What is Eval?

EVAL is your Electronic Visa Approval Letter, which should be downloadable in your EMGS Application. You would have used this to apply for your SEV

Is PCR Test required?
As far as I have checked, there is no such requirement of Airline or Ministry of Health Malaysia for fully vaccinated travellers.-
Pcr test is not required in Malaysia. But in pakistan they ask for pcr test it is just formality…

Hello Sir, i cant upload my face photo for emgs digital id verification.
Any ideas?-
I would recommend reinstalling the app, if you still face the issue email EMGS support

Thanks alot for your response, I was supposed to be reducing the distance btw my phone camera and my face, thats all its ok now.
Secondly, MySejahtera app isnt accepting my vaccine certs bcz mistake i didnt select my nationality, it was randomly enter Malay. Now has eval to do any thing with MySejahtera app? Or emgs app should be enough for eval?…[Read more]

We will advise you to uninstall the EMGS app from your phone. Alternatively, clear the application cache on your phone. Br, which uni are you? It’d be helpful if you can get in touch with someone who has completed the eval process for that particylar uni. (Some uni have their own procedures for this eval).
I’m with IIUM, so when i received this msg, i was told to send an e-mail to the visa unit with a copy of the emgs mail / msg.

You need to sent the needed documents to emgs
Contact your university and inform them to check this and sent a required documents.
I got the same notificaions on last friday.
Now its solved and its in progress with emgs -
