If you chose university as a means of payment, liaise with your university and ask how you can deposit the payment through it.

I am surprised, though. You could have sent the money directly to emgs maybank account.

U can pay the amount via credit card directly and the status will change immidiately in 2 working days from 5% to 10% and then to 15% in a week. If u want to change the way of payment u hv to ask EMGS to cancel ur application and make new application afresh-
Okay, thankyou for ur respond. for payment way i choose “pay through institution”. Did i must come directly to UTM (campus that i choose) to pay at there or i can pay it through the same bank in my country (The bank used for payment is Maybank) ? Cause maybank is available in my city

Hi Endar, I made a similar mistake last month. Being an Indian couldn’t pay it through institution as I found it quite difficult and cumbersome bcoz of 3rd party (university) involvement. Hi tejas, it’s really help and thankyou very much. I really want to use cc for payment cause that’s really simple. But i dont have cc, so i just have 2 choices : telegraphic transfer or pay through institution. I cant find how telegraphic transfer work system. Do u have idea about this ?

Hi i also from Indonesia , based on experienced yesterday i paid via mandiri bank, and I sent a proof val payment to my universities.Now I am waiting my Institution reports to EMGS system and hope to see up % in EMGS Apps

Hi Endar,
You are required to make the payment and provide the proof of payment to your institution. We can only initiate the processing of your application upon receipt of the payment.

No you can’t sent documents, contact your institution send them and they’ll send it for emgs !!
He can submit the document by attaching in the email. Either with the Dropbox email additionaldoc(at) emgs.com.my or enquiry(at) emgs.com.my
Hmm .. I don’t have any idea I have told him about my experience because in the previous my application got delay for additional documents so, when I contacted emgs they told me your institution must send us those documents. So yeah 😊

Kindly submit the additional documents to additionaldoc(at)emgs.com.my. The email should be sent from the same email address which was used to create the application.
