Dear Officer,
Could you please help me to check my status? My institution said my special pass is ready and they submitted my passport to EMGS in last week, but I cannot check any information in EMGS. I am waiting to renew my student visa and submitted to my institution about three months but still not to process. I donot know what do to. My name is Ruan Xiao, Passport number is EJ3501832, from Segi University. Thank you so much!

  Hi Ruan Xiao,
  
  We are yet to receive your passport for the student pass endorsement process. However, we received an amendment request from the Institution to amend the endorsement place from EMGS to self-endorsement. Rest assured, we will notify the Institution once the amendment process is completed.

    May I know the difference between EMGS and self-endorsement? Why institution change the endorsement way?

      There is no exact time frame for the amendment process. We will notify the Institution once the process is completed.
