Dear sir/madam,

I hope this email finds you well.I’m LEI FENGJIN and my passport number is EK3589770. My emgs application number is E#########.

It has been more than 40 days, and my visa is still 32%. Could you please send my visa to the Immigration office as soon as possible? If it were any later, I would be late for school. I worry about it every day now. I would appreciate it if you could help me.

  As per checking, you documents was submitted to the Immigration Department for the VAL approval on 18th October 2023. Be informed that the VAL approval process takes 7 – 10 working days. However, the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department. Rest assured, we will notify once the EVAL is approved by the Immigration Department.
