Dear EMGS officer,
I’ve submitted my application for EMGS and it’s stuck on 7% for more than a week.
Could you please check and see whether my fees has been paid or do I need to pay again?
P. S: I’ve paid the fees via University but they say I’ve to pay again.

  Kindly be informed that you have selected Telegraphic Transfer as the payment method. Therefore, you are required to upload the Telegraphic Transfer form. Students are required to perform the following steps:
  
  a) Go to EMGS Website > My Account > View application/Upload TT > Telegraphic Transfer Details.
  b) Fill in the details of the telegraphic transfer.
  c) Scan a copy of the telegraphic transfer payment slip issued by the bank and upload it in the “Transaction Slip” section.
  d) Verify the details entered and click “Save TT Details”.
