It depends on your nationality. Whats your nationality. Some citizens can go into malaysia without visa

Right you have to apply visa online as for india there is electronic visa. Visit your nearest Malaysian embassy or mission or consulate

Unfortunately I am not a Nigerian. I was sent a scanned copy which is enough for me, as I dont require visa to enter Malaysia

Unless they make a mistake and cause you lots of delay.

Where are you from? Be careful that most Arab countries require SEV to enter as a student. This is different from entering for tourism purposes, only a few asian countries are exempted.

Visa (SEV) takes 3-4 days. VAL takes 14 working days if all is in order.

yeah well..contacted the Riyadh embassy yesterday, They sent me an email of their requirements. Now I’m on my way to the embassy itself.

Not vitally, although it’s an amazing place to get info about your courses, lecturers , university system, and meet new friends that are with you in the batch.. (usually those friends are the ones that last the longest tbh)
Other than that, you can catch up with all the info as soon as you reach and during your classes 🙂

7 days, last Thursday it turned yellow and today it turned back to green as I submitted the documents .. but still 15% 🙁

If you go to track application and insert your passport. Inner and nationality, all your details And application number would show 🙂

My university emailed me 3 days ago that they have sumbitted my application for visa processing..so how much time do u think its gonna take for my status to come online?

That means you don’t have an application numbe yet, not until you or your university submits all documents and payment to emgs

If you’re asking them regarding it just give them your passport number.. and if you have already submitted all your documents and payment to your university than contact them to make sure they are submitting the documents to emgs

Mine when it was online. It took 13 days, from 0% to 70%. Some people took a month. But expect from 2-4 weeks

Mine took 2 working days to reach from no record to 0%. Currently I am at 15%.

Not yet eum… EMGS sent me an email and they said my status for my application is complete, but they also said about my pict, so i have to resend my picture

“no record found” means that your application has not been transferred to emgs stars system yet. Chech your application for comments (maybe something is not right with your documents and needs modification – check at emgs website-). How did you pay? Online or through institution?

The same thing also happened with me. When I try to track my application they say “no record found”

Do you have login info to check your application at emgs? You should have paid yourself not through an agency, contact them and make sure they have completed the application and payment. also, inquire if they paid online or through institution.

Ask them to send you payment slips.

Usually an application is transferred to the system after 3-5 days of receiving payment.
