According to emgs website, there’s a previous application with the same passport number, so your institution has to cancel it and submit supporting documents to emgs.
في الموقع ظاهر انو فب تقديم بنفس رقم جوازك. فيفترض الجامعه تكنسل التقديم القديم و ترسل ورقه لل emgs علشان الموضوع يتحل.
الحل في انك تتواصل مع الجامعه لحل المشكله.

Your application is currently on hold as the previous application is yet to be cancelled by the Immigration Department. The approval to cancel the application is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department. We will process your application further once the previous application has been cancelled.
