Hi. I handed in my passport to my university on 10 December 2020 for visa renewal and its already one month now I haven’t receive my passport back. The percentage is stuck on 90%.
I am planning to go back to my country and I need an update on my passport as soon AS POSSIBLE please.
(as I have sent email and didn’t get any reply)

Dear EMGS officer,
Its almost 2 weeks now and its stuck on 0%.
Can you please assist since my intake start on 21nd October

It’s better to email EMGS directly. Probably they haven’t received the payment from institution yet. Keep in touch with the person in charge in your school
