wait one day and u will receive ur VAL then u would be able to fly. once u r in malaysia ur uni will help u to get to 100%

Perhaps it depends on the nationality and stuff. concerning mine, it took 3 working days from 35 to 60 %. wat major have u applied for abd wat uni?

Time to time u will receive notifications about the progress of ur application. No one can tell u how long it might take a month maybe more it depends, for now just keep checking the status
