We already released the bulletin stating that existing international students who are not from the 23 banned countries are eligible to return to Malaysia. You can advise the airline to refer to our recent bulletin or to the Malaysian Mission.

We are unable to provide you with an exact time-frame for the completion of the travel authorization application process, as there are multiple levels of processing involved to approve the travel request by students. The decision to issue the travel approval letter is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.
