My passport number: EN2416849.

I am writing to follow up on my student pass renewal application.

I have submitted all required renewal documents around 40 days ago. However, my EMGS Hub dashboard remains unchanged and still displays the previous renewal page with no updates on my current application. My existing student pass will expire on 20 November 2026.

I am concerned about the processing progress. Could you kindly help check the status of my EMGS application and advise me on the next steps? Please let me know if any additional documents or information are required from my side.
