Dear officer
Good morning ,my renewal application has been stuck at 90% more than 10 days, my name is ZHANG SIYU and my old passport number is E47220728 and new passport number is EL0502279, could you pls help me to check it out cause I really need my original passport to take my driving license tests, thanks

Kindly be informed that your student pass endorsement will be done directly at the state Immigration Department. As such, your passport was not submitted to us. Kindly liaise with your institute for further update on the status of your passport.
