Dear EMGS Officer, my name is Assyl, my passport number is N14223995. I have submitted my passport for visa renewal on September. My application status has stuck at 90% with green colour. I am planning to go back to my homeland in the midst of January. Can you please assist me on this matter?

Hi Assyl,
Kindly be informed that your institution opted to obtain the Student Pass directly at the state Immigration Department. As such, your passport was not submitted to EMGS. We advise that you liaise with your institution directly for further assistance on the status of your passport.
