Good morning，my name is Shen Lehan, my passport number is EL2042622, and my emgs application number is #########. It has been 17 days since my passport arrived at the immigration Office on May 21st. I have forwarded my email to speed up the passport procedures again for your convenience. The email case number is 2563660. It is really urgent, so I would like to ask you to help me, because I have been waiting for the email reply from the Immigration Bureau last week, but I have not received it yet. I had already delayed my flight last Friday, and I couldn’t change it again, which also caused me a loss. The company has a lot of things waiting for me to deal with back home and hold a meeting again, so I would appreciate your help very much.   Hi,
  
  Please be informed that we received your passport on 21st May 2024 for the Student Pass endorsement process. The endorsement process takes approximately 14 working days. However, the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department. We will notify your institution once the passport is ready for collection.
  
  Kindly be informed that we are unable to accept the request to expedite the passport from the student. As such, kindly refer to the institution and request them to submit a cover letter, supporting document and valid flight ticket to EMGS to request Immigration speed up the process of your passport.
