REQUEST FOR FOR SPECIAL PASS FOR VAL
I Akinlosotu Ebenezer Tunrayo with passport number A10873679, Master student of human resource development, faculty of education at University Putra Malaysia hereby request for permission from your honorable office for my institution to request student special pass for me to proceed my Val application,I applied to change my course earlier this year at my institution and got Emgs approval letter on 6th of july, 2020 (A10873679) while i still have a valid Visa , but unfortunately due to MCO my status was stuck at 32% till my valid visa expired on August 1,2020, My institution later contacted your honorable office to inform you that i am presently in Malaysia and i am so glad that my status boosted to 35% and my visa approval letter application (VAL)was submitted to the Immigration Department for for approval purposes.
Nevertheless, on 7th of October , the processing of my Visa Approval Letter(VAL) application was placed on hold as the immigration department requires additional document(s) from my institution. Haven contacted my institution to know the additional document required, I am made to know that i have to get approval for special pass to proceed my Val application. I want to kindly seek the help of this honorable office to request your permission for the special pass from my institution to proceed my application as Registration has already begun and in the process of registering my courses , i will be so grateful for your assistance as regards my requests and i want to say thank you in advance for putting my case into consideration.
