It’s so sad Emgs ignores my inquires and never acknowkndeged my emails , I am presently I’m Malaysia changed my course and got a now Val application since July. My old visa expired on August 1 and my new Val is stuck at 35% , immigration requires a valid visa as additional document, I’ve contacted my institution and they require me to email Emgs and come with a copy of mail saying they can apply for special pass for me to process my Val.. but it’s heartbreaking , none of my mails was replied and no comment of my inquiry here .. I am here In Malaysia I am not outside Malaysia for the sake of Allah just reply is that too much to ask???
