My name is LUJINGXU, my passport number is EK1569681.I would like to ask my application progress already stuck at 20％ for a week.I applied early on December 24th for the visa renewal. Is any problems for my documents?I urgently need to complete the process because I still have follow-up matters. Could you help me to speed up the progress.Thank you very much.
