My passport number is EH1837679 and my application has been submitted to EMGS and is currently at 20% progress. I need to submit my passport to the school immediately as my visa is about to expire, so please help me to process it quickly. Thank you very much.

Dear officer,
My passport number is EH1837679 and I submitted my student visa renewal application on December 12 but it has not been reactivated till now. My student visa will expire on January 10, when will it be reactivated? Hope for replay.

  Based on our records, your renewal application is yet to be created in the system. Therefore, we advise you to refer to your institution as they will be creating and submitting the renewal application accordingly.
