Subject: Request to Update Single Entry Visa and Flight Information Status

Dear EMGS Team,

I hope this message finds you well.

I am writing to kindly request an update regarding the verification status of my Single Entry Visa (SEV) and Flight Information in the EMGS system. I have already submitted all the required documents, and both items are still showing as Pending Verification.

Please be informed that I am scheduled to travel to Malaysia on Wednesday, 26 November 2025. Therefore, I humbly request your assistance in reviewing and updating the status as soon as possible to avoid any inconvenience during my travel.
