I hope this email finds you well. I am Luo Yanjun, a Ph.D student at Taylor’s (China, passport number :ED0570446). I am writing to urgently request your assistance in expediting the renewal process for my visa. The reason for my urgent request is that I need to return to my home country before August 15 to sign an employment contract. Failure to do so would result in the contract becoming invalid. That’s why I am under great anxious these days. I have already submitted my passport. Now the status of the renewal process reached 55%.
I understand that visa renewals can take time, and I greatly appreciate the efforts made by the institution in processing these requests. However, the time constraint I am facing necessitates an expedited process to ensure that I can meet the deadline and secure the job opportunity.
I sincerely appreciate your understanding and support in this matter. Your assistance in expediting the renewal process would greatly alleviate my concerns and enable me to fulfill the contractual obligations.
