Dear EMGS Support Officer,
I am writing to respectfully request urgent assistance regarding the progress of my Visa Approval Letter (VAL) application.
My application has been stuck at 15% since August 27th. As my orientation date at Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) is scheduled for September 20th, I am deeply concerned that further delays will cause me to miss my orientation program and the start of my classes for the Bachelor of Mechatronic Engineering program.
