Hi, my name is Felipe Bibang Osa Asangono with the passport number P10085870, today will be 14 working days since my university submitted my passport to EMGS, but the process still at 80%. Any update about it?

  Please be advised that your passport is still pending at the immigration department. Allow them some time to issue the student pass sticker. Rest assured, we will notify the institution once the passport is ready for collection.
