Hi, my name is Dwipayana, passport no X1247854. It’s been 3 days since you said that “EMGS now will submit the passport to immigration…” However, the passport is still not yet submitted yo the immigration. When will you submit the passport to immigration? You should change the ‘now’ into ‘within xxx days’

  Kindly be informed that we received your passport on 8 January 2024 for the Student Pass endorsement process. We will review your document and submit the passport to the Immigration Department. The endorsement process takes approximately 14 working days. However, the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department
