My visa renewal application number is: #########. I submitted my passport to the university on 24/11/2025. My student visa expired on 5/12/2025 but the completion rate on EMGS is still at 90%. Kindly be informed that your institution opted to obtain the Student Pass directly at the state Immigration Department. As such, your passport was not submitted to EMGS. We advise that you liaise with your institution directly for further assistance on the status of your passport.
