Hlo greetings to Emgs Team Happy Idil Fitr May Almighty Allah Accepts Our Ibadat Amin.
I have a request please find below my case number the email I received from Emgs is that my documents are ready for submission but yet to be submitted when I checked my application is still stuck at 32% my case number is:2216837 please let me know why the percentage not charged from 32% thanks and have a look at the screen shot I have shared is the response I get from the Emgs.

  As advised in the email, your application is ready for submission to the Immigration Department. Rest assured, we will notify you once the application is submitted to the Immigration Department and the application status will be updated accordingly.
