Hello, I am an international student and my passport number is EJ2063856. My student renewals reached 80% progress on April 25, 2024, but a few days have passed and the progress has not changed. My student visa will expire on May 4th, could you please help me handle it as soon as possible? thank you.

  Hi.
  Please be advised that your passport has been in progress with the Immigration Department since 25 April 2024 for Student Pass sticker endorsement. The process takes approximately 14 working days from the date we receive the passport. As per check, we received your passport on 19 April 2024. Therefore, allow Immigration some time to proceed with the endorsement. Any updates on the application will be notified accordingly.
