It means that all new and existing International students can enter except from the UK starting for 1st January . Campuses will reopen starting 1st of March .

Today is 31st EMGS, at least the language should have change by now.
All you keep telling us is that Val for students outside Malaysia is not being processed by imigration, but the Government said all international students can return by 1:01:2021.

Something is really bothering me, if the immigration department is not working on issuing e-val to new international students now, is it when it has been announced that new international students can return that immigration will start processing this whole applications?
My application has been@32% for over 5months now.

Existing students are allowed to enter Malaysia virtually but in reality they’re not allowed yet because airline companies didn’t receive any official updates about entry regulations.

I agree with you man. There is really no wisdom in keeping new international students as though they are the major carriers of covid-19. I think it is time we came out of this emotional torture

The entry for new international students is on hold until further notice. We will notify institutions and students once the Immigration Department issues the approval for new students to enter Malaysia.
