How long (months )it took in total ?

My application was submitted to EMGS on 13-08-2019 and was forwarded to immigration on 13-09-2019
VAL was issued on 21-09-2019-

Hello. I asked the same question to a representative on the phone. I can’t remember their words verbatim, but it’s *highly* recommendated to go through KLIA.

ive done it once and yes, u can get it done there but its much better to do it at KLIA.
