Dear EMGS Officers,
I kindly request an early student visa renewal due to two urgent reasons:
Studies Completed: I passed my PhD VIVA at UTM on 22 Sep 2025.
Must Return to Teach: I am a full-time teacher at Northwest Normal University (College of Communication) and must resume work by 28 Feb 2026 when the new semester starts. (Official certificate is attached to Email). My renewal submission is set for February 23, 2026. To return on time, I must request an early submissionto allow sufficient processing time.
I have always complied with visa regulations. Thank you for considering my special situation.

  Kindly be informed that we are yet to receive the renewal application submitted by the institution. Kindly note, the renewal can apply 3 months before the student visa has expired. As such, kindly refer to the institution for further checking on this matter.

Given the urgency of my situation—I must return to China to resume teaching by February 28, 2026—I sincerely request that the school prioritize the submission of my renewal application. Your timely assistance is vital to resolving this matter. I greatly appreciate your understanding and help.
